Recently I reflected over my life and realised something was seriously working out well for my health, mind, happiness and success.
I thought to myself, “I’ve been running for 47 years, and still run several times a week. I’ve competed for England and Great Britain and set a British record for the mile indoors (3.57.88 min/secs 1985 England V USA) amongst many other physical and mental achievements. I live a happy, active life and I fill every day when I can with achievements all because I have the energy and willingness to try”.
I realised that as an average person, what was it that had given me the energy and happiness to strive to achieve things in my life? I concluded – after being a musculoskeletal specialist for 25 years that it was three things. Which I now call the Power Trifecta. I call it the Power Trifecta because you need to do three things to become truly power as a person. That is:
In a nutshell, I wanted to share my success with you to help build a successful, happy life. This is why I have formulated my supplement range based on a lifetime of research supplementation myself and listening to what my patients need to become healthy and thriving.
